Muy buenas! Ya se que he estado bastante ausente por una temporada pero es que el trabajo no me da un respiro, y luego cuando llegó a casa estoy tan cansada que la verdad poco hago. Esta receta la hice hace un par de semanas que tuve fiesta y me apetecía hacer algo de merienda.
Ingredientes:
150 mantequilla
100g azúcar moreno
100 azúcar
1 huevo
300g harina
Chips chocolate
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato
1 cucharadita de canela
2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla
Precalentar el horno a 175°
Fundir la mantequilla y ponerla en un bol y batir con los dos tipos de azúcar, añadir el huevo y la harina con el bicarbonato.
Mezclar hasta que estén todos los ingredientes bien homogéneos agregar la canela, esencia de vainilla y los chips de chocolate
Verter la masa al molde redondo y hornear unos 20 min o hasta que se dore
Acompañarla con un par de bolas de helado 😄
